5 L Soft Close Pedal Bin for Bathroom with Lift Out Inner Liner

In a small flat late at night, the loudest thing in the bathroom is a bin lid dropping onto its rim.

What Are the Key Features of This 5 L Soft-Close Pedal Bin?

• Soft close lid: release the pedal and the lid lowers itself instead of clapping shut, so the bathroom does not wake the bedroom.
• Foot pedal: hands free at the exact moment your hands are the reason you needed the bin.
• Plastic inner liner lifts out: the piece that gets dirty leaves the room while the shell everyone sees stays clean.
• 5 L: a bathroom, a bedside or a desk, small enough that the liner goes out before anything in it has time to turn.
• Grey, beige, black or white: four finishes for a bin that will be standing in plain sight in a small room.

Where Can You Use This 5 L Soft-Close Pedal Bin?

• In a bathroom that shares a wall with a bedroom
• Beside a bed
• Under or beside a desk
• In a guest cloakroom

Why Does a Soft-Close Lid Outlast a Pedal Bin That Claps Shut?

• No clap late at night: take your foot off and a damper carries the lid down onto the rim, without the bounce that leaves it sitting half open.
• A soft landing spares the hinge: a lid hammering its own hinge a dozen times a day is where cheap pedal bins start to rattle.
• The plastic liner is the part that leaves the room: rinse it under the tap and wipe the shell, instead of wearing the drips down the side.
• 5 L is deliberately small: for rooms emptied every couple of days, where nothing has time to turn and a bigger bin is only in the way.
